Second Advertisement		£65.00+VAT
As primary advertisement with unique information. Available when purchased at the same time as the primary advertisement.
Additional Advertisements		£45.00+VAT
As primary advertisement with unique information. Available when purchased at the same time as the primary advertisement.
Additional Property Listing *		£15.00+VAT
Each Advertisement includes one property listing although it is possible to add further listings to the same advertisement.
Group of 10 Advertisements		£365.00+VAT
Ten separate advertisements each with their own unique information including images, description, prices and search criteria.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and chargeable per year.
* Listings added to an existing advertisements expire at the same time as the advertisement.

Administration Fees
Scanning of non-digital images submitted by post ** Non-digital images provided will be scanned and inserted into your advertisement at an additional charge. Digital images submitted electronically charged as below.		£25.00+VAT
Advertisement processing if submitted by post At an additional charge our team will process submission forms submitted by post. Photographs charged separately. There is no charge for submissions made through the online form.		£30.00+VAT
Resizing digital images sent by email (per image) At an additional charge our team will resize your digital images to meet with the required specification. There is no charge for correctly sized images submitted through the online form.		£1.00+VAT
