Personal details of the owner Name, address, telephone and email Login password   Details of the property Name of the property Property type (eg villa, townhouse or apartment) Property description (300 words) Location description (200 words)   Location of the property Department number of the property location Postcode of the property Nearest town, airport, ferry port, train station and coastal town with distances Up to five activities, their locations and distances (eg golf course, waterpark, museum) Up to five services, their locations and distances (eg supermarket, hospital, car hire) Description on how to get to the property (70 words)   Property search criteria Information such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and maximum sleeping capacity Services and facilities on offer at your property   Property pricing structure The currency in which you wish to show your prices The rental period (eg per night, per week) The change over day for rental periods Up to nine seasons (eg 1 July to 28 August) Prices for each season Additional information (eg what price includes, additional deposits required)   Advertisement contact details Name, email and telephone for up to two contacts for your advertisement List of languages spoken by all parties   Photographs Up to twelve images of your property or surrounding area NB all images should meet the following specifications: Landscape 315 pixels by 236 pixels 72 dpi Jpeg Format RGB colours Maximum 100 KB in file size   Photograph descriptions A description of each image (10 words each)
