There is a luxury corner kitchen with electric hob and built in oven, fridge, washer drier. Upstairs is a large romantic bedroom with double bed and cot, a superb bathroom with corner bath / shower and bidet . We cqn supply a folding bed if needed. | | Property Location | Maison Requin is situated 30 minutes from Blois, Tours and Amboise in the interesting and historic village of Bourré in the beautiful Loire Valley chateaux region. We are within 5 minutes walk of the village shops, 5 minutes drive / 20 minutes walk from Montrichard and convenient for visiting the famous chateaux. The river Cher is only 5 minutes away and is lovely for walking. We also have bicycles at the cottage. There are excellent restaurants nearby, and for wine lovers we are central to the Touraine wine growing region ewhere you can visit the caves for Vouvray, Chinon, Saumur, Bourgeuil and the local Gamay and Sauvignon are excellent. Sancerre is within a day trip. The new A85 Autoroute takes you to Bourges in one hour. |
