Les Jincheres is a beautiful restored 17C Mill with three spacious cottages, nestling in a tranquil setting in 2 acres of its own private grounds on the Vendee/Deux Sevres border facing south overlooking gardens, countryside and woodlands. L'Absie is our nearest town (3km) and offers most amenities. Wildlife is in abundance with many varieties of birds, animals, shrubs and trees. The lake is approx 1/3 acre and has wild carp, bream, roach and eel in it which is only fished by a few holiday-makers in the year. The Kingfisher regularly comes and visits the lake. The pool is 10x5 metres and 1.2 metres deep and is fully fenced and gated. There is a large playing field which has table tennis, badminton and football nets, swingball etc, with a separate area for toddlers with its their own sandpit, table and chairs etc., All the cottages have their own sitting out/barbecue area. The three well equipped cottages can sleep 2-17 people and have their own individual character having a wealth of original features, including exposed stone, beams, oak floors and fireplaces, whilst offering every modern convenience. Logis du Meunier can be rented as a one bedroom or two bedroom cottage and will sleep 2/5 people. Le Nid de la Huppe and Le Jardin both have three double bedrooms and has an interlocking door so 12 people can holiday together.
